    Unbelievable Jeff!! Stressful day in work for a friday but got what i needed to get done ;). I went for a 10k run this evening, very cold and windy out but it gets easier. I'm hoping to go for a big cycle tomorrow or sunday depending on the weather. Pints saturday evening.

    I'm flamin wrecked! My nephew was so happy about his birthday though :) He's mad into fireman stuff, and goes around all day going NEE-A-NAW! And yep that sounds like a dublin twang on it!

    Heading back up tomorrow. Going out for Malaysian food apparently :D

    Whisk some eggs,add salt,pepper,different spices to eggs,get slices of white bread,dip bread into eggs,fry on a medium heat pan til lightly browned,viola!

    Ah! Just used up the last of the eggs for scrambled eggs. And don't have white bread only Pitta bread. I shall put it on the list of something new to try and make.

    WHat do you do with the left over eggs or do you soak up all the egg in the bread?

    All egg gets soaked up usually but if any is left over just pour it onto the last slice when frying it!

    Aye.Heading to Mullingar for a mates birthday and it happens that another mate got engaged the other day so their engagement party is on tonight too.Should be a bit of craic anyway,havnt been down since November.
