I love all types of salad but mixing it with a fry is just wrong and quails eggs are the best ones with a salad :)

The best way to learn about cheese is coming up to Xmas, most decent supermarkets offer a tasting board of 5 or more cheeses that you can try at very good prices. We usually buy 3 or 4 different boards for home and try them all over the Xmas break..

There is an Irish company that do a huge selection of cheeses such as stout cheese, chilli cheese etc.. All amazing..

Ulster fry mate. Minus mushrooms and tomato, can't be dealing with those.

Thats what the steak blood is for..

Having pork belly and potato rosti for dinner tonight, I might make a cider gravy/jus to go with it (mainly as an excuse to use a tiny amount of cider for the sauce and drink the rest myself)

    Filet mignon.
    Biggest steak on the menu.
    Pepper sauce.
Bit of both if at all possible, otherwise chips.
    Banana split.

I'm close with you on this, but I'd prefer baked patata over chips.
