French is a horrible-sounding language. German is much nicer and sounds cleaner. Also the grammar is easier (f*ck you French!!).

Twitter is an annoying piece of [EMAIL="cr@p"]cr@p[/EMAIL] for attention seekers.

I find the Beatles boring. I understand how they contributed to music, I know their music is good, but I just don't personally enjoy it.

In general, music has gone downhill in the last century or so. Classical music is still miles more enjoyable than any of the sh!te around today.

For the record, I'm a guy. Yes, I know my user name can be confusing and stuff but its really only a user name. My signature has more to do with the fighting games fourm as that fourm is where I post most ( closely followed by AH )

But there again, no one can agree on how much is actually nature, and how much is nurture, so that argument isn't necessarily valid.

I don't see how your idea would benefit mankind at all, not that it would actually make any difference to the general level of intelligence anyway.

Pragmatic1, what you're suggesting is eugenics-tastic, plus I've never been convinced that greater intelligence means better people. Intelligent people can be crap people too, negligent, psychotic, anything really, on top of being intelligent.

Well its fairly well established that intelligence has a strong genetic component. Twin studies have been used to confirm this.

You cant see how a smarter population would benefit mankind? Take a look at countries that average near the top for IQ and then contrast that with countries that average near the bottom.
