Yes. Just a few meters above the lake. I haven't seen floods like this since Hurricane Charlie.

Some legend driving an old Corolla stopped traffic so I could get past about 30 metres of flooded road without getting splashed.

Plenty of rain here again since around 1pm, pretty standard day again though with a lot of minor flooding, not as bad as the east though judging by the reports here

Going to take a recce later. The Dodder floods very quickly but alos dissaptes very quickly. Dropping Well will be getting their sandbags ready!

    37.0mm here now since midnight.

Passed the Well on the way home, Dodder looks ready to burst. Id say its inevitable it will flood, all the heavy rain up in the mountains will only be making its way into the river over the next few hours.

43mm in 2 hours  Crazy rain

Sounds bad judging by the amount of flood reports on the AA road-watch, nowhere near over yet either

Tesco is closed alright, was wondering how things were fairing down there considering the works going on for the new bridge and flood relief.

It's been raining all day in Blanchardstown, Dublin15 here but in the last 2 hours it's been insane. The roads and some of the footpaths are already flooded. If this keeps up the Tolka is gonna burst its banks again and then it'll be a nightmare again like 2009. :(

Irony is the flood relief works are most likely to have caused this.

N7 at Kill and Johnstown very heavy flooding. Dangerous driving conditions. Parts of Naas almost impassible, particularly the Sallins Road. Avoid at all costs ( unless you have a boat ).
