Was everyone else instructed to get out of that green area (St Stephen's green?), when him and Bruton were having their nice chat? :D

He he. It seemed like he ran through it in case someone came up behind and said something like "Vincent you're a langer"

Themselves and the Faroese are taking a huge increase in their quota the last couple of years, fine boats they have for it too.

Seems to be a country not struggling with being imprisoned by a 'gombeen chain', unlike the Bankers, Gardai, Politicians, Media Owners all pretty much joined at the hip here.

They should just rename Greece and forget about all their debts, they could call it Greeceland.

They weren't in the Euro so didn't have the boot of the ECB on their neck.

I missed about 20 minutes of the documentary on the Fiscal Treaty tonight. The whole scenario about is Greece currently is scary IMO.

Fair play to Vinny for getting an Icelandic on, they seem to be kept off all Irish media, powers that be afraid we will find out that ditching the bondholders ain't all that bad.

I think Constantin has possibly spent too long in Dublin ...."Inflation is raging vincent".

Vinnies crack about him being "Ganley professor of Swiss Finance in Trinity" was funny was well but Gurdgiev seems to know more about whats going on than the entire government put together.

Well he does spend a lot of his OWN money on fighting causes that he does not agree with. He pointed out faults with the Lisbon Treaty and made many aware of them. What does he gain from this publicity anyway ?

It's an ego trip for him. Strikes me as someone with dictatorial tendencies. Wouldn't trust him with power.
