Does she have a "legal team" who are well versed in the laws of thermodynamics?

Sure the "elites" came up with those laws as well...

Had a Debt Options member send me a very rude message about my post on the DO FB page.

Tempted to paste the whole conversation but probably won't.

    Basically she said:

    1. Ben's not involved

I called BS and showed her links

    2. He only came to two meetings, but then had better things to do.

I called BS on that, as Claire was publicly calling him a mentor and legal advisor, and saying he'd be at every single DO court case.

    3. He was dumped by DO.

I suggested that Claire needs to make this clear as Ben is still promotin his involvement and a google search shows they have a long, relationship, etc.

We'll see what happens, but its interesting that someone from DO was so adamant that I understand he's not involved.

I did also point out that several prominent Freeman are still promoting Claire, which makes it kinda hard to believe they have no relationship at this point.

    That led me to:

One thing that really grinds my gears is this harking back to ancient Ireland rubbish. If you want to be more garlic than I am then at least learn to speak the language. It's "muintir na heireann" or "people of Ireland". Changing Ireland to Eire is not only mixing languages, it's bad bloody grammar. They're like the shinners telling us to "votail ta"

Edit: sorry if I've missed it earlier in the thread. The best part:
"the whole High Court just stopped" she said. "All the windows in the courts opened and all the barristers and solicitors came on the steps and listened and supported us"

Like they dropped a legal bomb inside and the windows blew out while incandescent lawyers tear out steaming for mercy and begging to join the cause.

Or maybe the windows in the four courts are rarely opened in October and the solicitors and barristers were walking into/out of their normal court cases.

What bugs me about it is that surely if you bought something back in 1100 youd still have to pay for it. Wonder how far these cases would actually get in the Brehon system.

that Patrice and Roy Keating couple look like nice, normal people in a desperate situation. I'm sure they're reasonable adults.

Watching yer wan Culliane orating on her people of Éire soapbox outside the four courts, while Mrs Keating only spoke hesitantly into the mic, only strengthens my impression that the Keatings are being used by this silly scheme as human ammo in the madcap circus Cullinane is running.

I'm more concerned about the fact that, as we all know, the letter V is Roman-Norman bull**** that makes the baby foetus Eire cry.

After hearing her less than convincing spiel on that radio interview I am also concerned that this has a LOT less to do with helping that family and more to do with her desire to "find the truth".

Her claim that EVERY mortgage (or close enough) was invalid is obviously absurd.

Whatever legal advice she's getting is ... well... it doesn't seem much of an upgrade over her, "teacher, mentor and friend, " Ben Gilmore.

A poster caught my eye at the back of the Four Courts for this event which apparently Claire Cullinane was to speak at.

"Protect your Assets in the Peoples Bank" goes the poster, a copy of which is on the right here. I have a photo for posterity lest anyone in Camp Claire get edit happy. Still, nice to see that there's competition for Colonel Mustard Waistcoat in the specious asset protection sector ruse sector.

I assume she did but hadn't seen any confirmation so I erred on the side of caution, lest I have to pay a million quid for fraudulent misrepresentatising or gross something-or-other.

Hi, Thanks for adding this. Yes I, (aidan) wrote it and it has nothing to do with Anseo, except that sometimes I send free comedy tickets to the staff at the banks and the comedy is held at that venue. I am trying to get the address removed from the letter anywhere on the internet. Any help on how to do this would be appreciated.

An interesting paragraph from the Rodolphus Trust wiki page:
On 5 September, the trust's Notary public, Dermot Conway, severed ties with the trust. Conway was a specialist in Maritime law. The affiliation with a notary public allowed an official third party to verify and record people’s actions when they signed deeds that placed properties into the trust.[13] The Irish Examiner reported that trust documents claimed an affiliation with the Universal Community Trusts, a group linked with the Freeman Movement.[3]

    Note the maritime law expert.

    [shakes head]

Yes. But Maritime law is the heart of the Sovereign Citizens/Freeman conspiracy mongering.

It's another direct connection to the con that Gilroy, et al., are pushing, and another bit of proof that its doomed to fail. :/

I think this is interesting from the point of view of not going down the path of becoming conspiracy theorists ourselves in the pursuit of Freeman nonsense.

This chap may well be a maritime expert and not a Freeman at all. It's important we don't go too far and brand all lay litigants or people struggling with the complexities of the law as Freemen.

I'm not saying that's what happened here but it is something to be weary of.

    I appreciate that.

It's would be an odd coincidence to say the least, however, if there was no connection between a scam based on a conspiracy involving "maritime law" and the scammers hiring a maritime law expert.

Of course, at this point, nothing would surprise me with the Freeman loons.

For reference, a paragraph from the Examiner article:
The trust deeds cited an affiliation with the Universal Community Trusts, a loose international organisation that is linked to the freeman of the land philosophy and does not fully recognise nation states.

So. There's no doubt the trust was built on the Freeman legal nonsense. And the freeman legal nonsense is based on a conspiracy involving "maritime law". And any "expert" in maritime law, that was notorising all if these documents would certainly know if it was legit. If it wasn't standard, and they still were notorising it... Well... There's few good reasons for that that don't involve the expert being a freeman himself. IMO.

Here's a bit more info, from a different Examiner article which I hadn't previously seen:
In the early stages, there was a particular interest in the south of the country because most of the signing-in sessions were held in Cork.

Cork was the preferred venue because of the availability of Dermot Conway, a notary public in the county who cut his ties with the trust this week.

Previously, Alan Millard, a notary public, was available in Carlow, but he only provided his services for one session.

It is not clear why a notary public was required but their functions have been to record transactions and to verify that people signing over properties are not doing so under duress.

People at yesterday’s event were told that pressure had been applied on notaries by the Law Society to distance themselves from the trust and, without their co-operation, there would be no more signing-in sessions.

    www.irishexaminer.com/text/ireland/cweycwcweygb/

That entire article is worth reading IMO.
