    I just got a "Unable to launch TouchXperience" from Windows Phone Device Manager.

    Try to to deploy the flash light app using the windows phone developers tools again. Make sure you are connected to zune. If you can't deploy the flashlight app from there, your phone is still locked

    I'm using the flashlight app, so it's definatly unlocked now :)

    Just can't figure out why it's not working. Might reinstall WPDM again.

    I've done that and now I have the TouchXperience app on the phone.

    Couldn't agree more..

    .. the Bargain Alert (as great as it was) has well and truly passed in this thread.
