    monday....nice to have time to do a b2b run( night/morning) and was even better to see it overcast in the morning,until i got to about 5miles.did as nice 17 around afew townslands and was flickin parchin....17

    sunday....after two days rest,with 1 of the day as a massage therapist guinea pig(full body massage,head massage,and a great sleep in a hot water bed therapy bath thingy and anudda sleep),have to do 4 more of these for her exams,life is tough.went for a nice early morn 12 miler b4 the rain came,felt great on this run and did a few leginit bits,and now how do u taper.....12
