Ah Donal O' Grady has accepted the role of Limerick manager :)
JP McManus really wanted him in supposedly (he's one of the best like!) and will be giving him a very nice pay package to go along with it, one hears.

Ah JP, some man for one man :D

I'm absolutely raging at Donal O Grady going to Limerick, not at him but at the Cork county board for letting such a hurling man go, when there is a huge gaping hole for a director of hurling in Cork, which he would have been brilliant at. Stupid petty short sightedness of the Cork CB:mad:

Best wishes to him in Limerick though, lucky to have him.

    wanna explain the importance?
I'd actually go and watch it now if it is worth the tension :P

Not exactly a stirring performance from Ireland after the first 15 minutes. We need to keep the ball better.

Game over. Absolutely no way, Ireland will get 3 goals. Russia are way too good.

EDIT: Armenia beat Slovakia 3-1. We are grand, lets take the loss, move on a beat Slovakia away.

Ah brilliant. Was worried after Slovakia beat Russia but the loss isn't as bad as it could have been.

First weekend of the Heineken Cup. C'mon Leinster!

Man United are blowing leads in nearly every game they play. Am I the only one finding it rather hilarious and amusing.

Anybody see Shane William's try for Ospreys against London Irish yesterday? Amazing.

Dougie Howlet is better! :pac: Just joking, that was something special last night. Best group ever?

Munster versus Toulon was easily the best game I've ever watched in Thomond Park.

Best try of the competition (and possibly of the year) was Priestland's last week. Edinburgh's 2nd today came a close second though.

Another in the bag for Leinster:cool:. The English sides seem totally devoid of ideas this year. London Irish are fairly bad and Northampton are muddling along. Saracens are pretty much out now.

Ah no. Didn't get to see it. I only got to watch Ospreys versus the Irish because I was babysitting for people with Sky Sports.

I'd say it's probably th toughest group the Heineken Cup has seen so far.
The competition's far closer this year in general.

I'd say Biarritz, Leicester and Wasps was just as tough. Those three teams were pretty much at the top of their game then.

You have a point there. It's hard to compare, considering the standard of the likes of Wasps today.
