    Nope you're correct, it's at 3 in Croker :)
Dublin vs. Armagh at 5 straight after, I think.

    Double header.

    It's on Saturday btw Oopsy.

Those TV3 commentators wreck my head, they're soo boring

Sean óg o hailpin is not fit to play this evening for cork. Shane murphy in place for him. But i could see shane murphy could go to the corner and shane o neill out to the wing where o hailpin was to start. Gah, hate being stuck with the radio.

:o By God.. a sign of the times.. a few years ago it was next to impossible to get a ticket to a Munster Final (with Cork anyway!) its half empty! :O Holy Moly!

Croke Park was much less than expected too. Are attendances lower than usual this year?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 702 ✭✭✭cork*girl

Ya I was really surprised to see Croke Park half empty with Dublin playing? The time of that match was a bit awkward I suppose, but I think overall attendances must be down! Usually the dubs would fill that place on their own!!

Cant believe the turn out in Thurles though.. if only I had a spin I would be there for sureee!

Its too expensive for people to be going to games, especially if you throw in club games as well as intercounty games

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 702 ✭✭✭cork*girl

True that. Especially two weeks in a row.. GAA tickets arent cheap!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,553 ✭✭✭soccymonster

Seems an alright game. But jebus, what's up with the cork forward line? One point from play like... Cork seem to be all over the place all over the field.
22,763 people at the match today btw.

The student tickets were great any time I used to go to Dublin matches. Adult prices are fairly steep alright.

    Damn Waterford!!!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,849 ✭✭✭bluejay14

Delighted Waterford won.:) Shanahan, Browne, Mullane and Kelly - what an effort. (not to mention the rest of the team). It may not hav been the best Munster final but it was dramatic stuff all the same.

Who are cork playing next week? Seeing as they met tipp already, is it all gonna depend on the tipp/offaly qualifier?

If Tipp win theres no draw and Cork play Anrtrim.

Lads I fucking love my county, epic out! :D
I dont care how many accolades Henry Shefflin has won, that man Tony Browne has to be one of the greatest hurlers of all time. He finished the strongest of the 2 teams and hes 37!!
And Dan the Man is back lads!! :P His goal a year though probs tbh... Last year against Galway, year before against Wexford.. Whats cool is that they were all last min pressure shots!

Srsly though so, so happy.. Words can not describe how great that was! :D
And, and I just updated Thomas Ryans wiki page, he has a Munster medal now!!

G'wan WATERFORD FUCKING LEGENDS, MUNSTER CHAMPIONS 2010!! :D
