Hi, me and my girlfriend purchased in Island-Key apartments East Wall. Block 6 and 3 are due to be ready next month. Anyone any news on them or bought there yourself? We signed up 2 years ago...what are peoples opinions on the prices of apartments? We bought to live in for 5-6 years and with Spencer Dock, the Point depot…

I lived in Island Key in East Wall for three years. I thought that it was relatively safe. The apartments were beautiful inside. The thing that drove me out in the end was the noise levels. I was woken up regularly on working nights at 03:00am by our rowdy neighbours. I was so pissed off in the end of arriving to work exhausted!

I think they were around 500 years so approx 485 left?
