**** pooh wee ass, her dress is yummy.
    Sí! Ella es guapa!

    Jesus mountainyman, QUINTUPLE post!

Theres a lot of irony in your posts

You seem to oppose Tony Eh, when you have similar views

How can you say Laura was crap?

I agree she didnt really have the "x factor" on the shows, but vocally she was miles ahead of the rest

I still agree with her gettin the boot over Ruth tho

Do you really believe that Laura was a better singer than Ruth, Aston or Alexandra? I think you should get your ears candled.
    It is extremely relaxing:

    Thats rich comin from you

She was clearly the best singer

But that didnt make her a good performer etc
She's to private to be a successful X Factor contestant

But you just cant deny the fact that she has the biggest vocal range of all the contestants, but the show turned out the way it should have

What are the futures for the X Factor finalists?

Eoghan - Has a nice little voice but very weak singer. Might play Peter Pan in Panto some year.

JLS - Ever noticed only the small lad actually sings. The other three adopt the Shane Lynch role in Boyzone. Namely standing there opening their mouths like goldfish.

Winner - I've actually forgotten her name already. She's the diet version of last year's winner. Whoever she was.

Could you substantiate that claim? I presume you're referring to the winner from two years ago (Leona) as a guy won it last year.
How does her being a female of African descent with a strong voice make her the "diet" version of Leona?

Eoghan will more than likely release an album that'll do ok, then a bit of Panto/Stage work and then get a a job presenting some type of kids shows on BBC Northern Ireland.

JLS will sign up with Louis and he'll market them as best as he knows how, a Black Westlife. And then even though the lads will do quite well they'll decide that they need to sack Louis due to artistic deferences and then they'll fade into obscurity.

Apart from her Christmas number one you won't hear much from Alexandra until this time next year when she'll have an album out. And I'm quite sure it'll make the number one spot. After that I'm sure she'll be as successful as any other "successful" talent show contestant.

Yeah it is great. A burning cat would have more talent and musicianship than Jeff Buckley.

You've just destroyed any potential credibilty you think you may have had with that ridiculous sentence.

Leona Lewis, Shayne Ward, Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson, Will Young?

    They're doin alright for themselves

Did anyone else notice that Alex said "oh fcuk Im gonna faint" when she won? I thought the folks over at digitalspy forums would have had at least one huge thread on it but nothing

I think with the right managers and songs both JLS and Alexandra could crack the US

Calling her the "diet version" of Leona is just something to say for the sake of it. There's nothing to indicate that thus far... who's to say Leona isn't the diet version of her? Her voice is more powerful than Leona's for starters.

The X factor isn't about 'credibility' this is the TV forum.

I don't think Laura was a better singer than Alexandra or Ruth or Aston. Yes it is just my opinion but I had my ears candled last month. There was something unappealing about Laura tbh compare her response to Ruth's when they were kicked off.

Louis Walsh has claimed that X Factor runners-up JLS will be as big as Westlife.

The boyband, who were beaten in Saturday night's finale by Alexandra Burke, are said to be on the verge of signing a multimillion-pound deal with Simon Cowell's label Sony BMG.

"There's no question about it," Walsh told the Daily Star. "These boys will have a career in the music industry. They are going to be without doubt the biggest band we have ever had on this show."

Dannii Minogue voiced her agreement, suggesting that JLS could be as successful as Take That.

"They are simply amazing. I really love them," she said. "The hysteria that has been surrounding them over the last few weeks is very reminiscent of Take That’s early days.

"I think there are loads of girls who are going to fall in love with them. I wish them all the luck in the world."

Walsh, who mentored the group throughout the competition, will act as their manager.

They could be bigger than Westlife and Take That with the right manager not Louis Walsh

X Factor winner Alexandra Burke's debut single is the fastest-selling download ever across Europe.

'Hallelujah' notched up more than 105,000 digital sales in the UK on Sunday, surpassing Leona Lewis's record of 82,000 for 2006 X Factor winner's song 'A Moment Like This'.

The single has also made it to the top of the HMV.com download chart, with spokesman Gennaro Castaldo saying: "We're seeing a phenomenal rush to download the 'Hallelujah' single from our website. It's both our fastest and biggest-ever selling download, and Alexandra already has the Christmas number one all wrapped up."

Castaldo added that sales will receive a boost on Wednesday when the physical CD is released. "It's now about how many copies Alexandra may go on to sell. HMV is ordering massive extra stock to keep up with the unprecedented demand," he said.

I'm so glad she is beating Leona Lewis's record :D

I heard all the same noise from Louis in regards to Eton Rd. from a couple of seasons ago. The panel pandered to them every week even though they were ****, and we all know how that ended up. I do agree though, if they fall into the right hands they could do well. But Louis would be the kiss of death to them.

I agree that the show turned out as it should have but I disagree that Laura had the biggest vocal range. Frankly I think you need a relaxing ear candling session.
