    I think today was the first time in the history of forever that i did exactly what i was supposed to do as it was written. I suspect it was because my hands are very sore.

    Also funny story, well not really funny, more mildly amusing.

    I tried to hook grip a bench yesterday (without any concious realisation that i was doing it.)

    i did that when i started trying out hook grip. first by accident then tried it a couple more times. pullups too.

    I has some issues that make stabilising at the bottom of snatches rather uncomfortable at the moment.

    Snatch
    "conservative max"
    Up to a hilarious clark at 90 where i just decided to give up after it passed my knees

    Power jerk
    100kg 15? x 2
    (was supposed to be 5 x 2 but

    a)they got better as i went on
    b) it's stupidy light anyway
    c) my shoulders and elbow liked it for some reason

    Front Squat

    BB Curls SS w/ Plate Exts
    Bar + 20kg plate x 5mins

    I was so very tempted to lob on a load of weight but i managed to compromise by doing some powercleans

    Powerclean and Power Jerk
    up to 100kg for a handy single

    Cleans from blocks above the knee
    Horrible lift, whoever invented it was a bollox.

    fapped about for ages trying to figure out how to do it and what weight to do it at, nearly killed myself twice

    90kg 5 x 3

    Squat
    10kg jumps up to
    180kg x 1
    185kg x 1

    That's not too far away from a beltless PR (either 190 or 200 i can't remember). And it looks a hell of a lot nicer than it used to.

    Hate to break it to ya dude, that's a 60lb Mastadon squat bar. So it's actually > 230kg.

    And yes, I do enjoying being that much of a c*nt :D

    Was more of a -1 than a zero.

    Walked it out, dropped it.

    Considering i was standing for 5minutes with 40kg beofre i made myself squat i'm calling everything after 40kg a success.
