    Odd one, my hamstrings were in tatters, put meself on my arse with 50kg warming up, and nearly lost a couple of the 80s backwards.

    I always seem to be caught for time on this day, and it ruins me what with my complete lack of fitness

    Cleans

    80kg 4 x 1 (each rep = 3 cleans + 2 front squats + 1 Jerk)

    90kg 3 x 1 (each rep = 2 cleans + 2 front squats + 1 Jerk)

    100kg 3 x 1 ( each rep = 2 cleans + 1 front squat + 1 Jerk)

    Did these in about 10-15 mins, fml. I couldn't stand up with the last clean, i took four attempts to get out of the hole, tbh i was in cardiac arrest territory, cruel and unusual punishment!)

    I did a set of dumbell benching with a 50kg dumbell in one hand and a 55 in the other, because i couldn't be bothered looking for matching dumbells. Which shows just how interested i was in training.
