    Had to run.

    Handy session, wasn't trying to push anything.

    You can double that. And add a slightly fuzzy head from a couple of beers with the aforementioned steak. Nothing related to a hangover, but i can't remember the last time i trained after any amount of beers, so i suppose a couple of bottles affects me more than it would most.

    Hows your hamstring flexibility? I've basically been told mines a disgrace and need to sort it out before anything else. Needless to say that's a kick in the face.

    Random question... He can squat to depth and pull a good DL, I'd say he's alright.

    Didn't think it was that random, I can squat to a decent depth and have an okay deadlift also but have awful hamstring flexibility. I just incorrectly assumed non Olympic lifting and a lack of flexibility went hand in hand when it's probably more of an individual thing based on how you look after yourself

    You probably know already but going for maxes regularly isn't the best approach if you want to get better at OL, particularly if your missing lifts a lot.

    Now you lift a lot more than I do, so ignore at will.

    I know it's nice to get big numbers and you'll probably snatch 100+ sooner rather than later but the more you snatch 90%+ and miss the more you reinforce poor technique.

    Nothing wrong with max attempts just not so often.

    Of course this means your now going to snatch 100 next time and make me the retard.
