    For 5 Rounds, took off the fat gripz after round three because they were wreckin my buzz.

    I have a vid of the 80kg fat gripz clean, the lack of power is astonishing, holding onto it is hard enough. I may put it up.

    Just realised i was supposed to work up to a 5rm front squat, not ramp up, although tbh the whole movement is so alien to me that it would have only meant an extra few kgs if even.

    I now own a hockey ball.

    Did sweat a lot though.

    Discovered i can actually jerk from a proper rack position which is nice, except i can't clean anymore.

    I'm pretty sure you said that when i got 130, and i've come nowhere near it since.

    I kinda switched back to PPs from attempting more of a powerjerk, i'm definitely stronger pushpressing it.

    Thats interesting you'd thing you would be stronger power jerking it rather than pushpressing.Do you know whats the most you could pp on a log?It's a neutal grip so Id say it'd be more raw tricep power than anything else

    I've been staying away from the log because it ruins me when it's in a rack position.

    I'll try the mini log later.

    Was rummaging through a bag of old clothes and found what i suspect is an adidas knee sleeve for a tiny person but fits me as an elbow sleeve. Sweet.

    Also Choc Nut from myprotein is unreal.
