Hey Q,what width grip would you use for overhead pressing when you're trying to press the most weight?I always used a cg bench width grip and thinking about it, it might be a bit on the narrow side.

it varies depending on what kind of bar.

    Happy Singles Awareness Day

    I'm the best de-loader ever.

I can only really give a general overview of training i've no real idea how many sets i did.

Assortment of Hang Snatch, Drop Snatch, Snatch Balance, Sotts Press Complexs.

Worked up to 60kg x 1 Sotts Press PR. Can not be good for you but looks teh biznis wha.

Worked up to like 70kg 2 x 3 Snatch Balances

    Power Snatched up to 80ish.
Did alot of singles and doubles, hit some really sweetly, some were just horsepower.

Did a double with a misload on the bar actually, 22.5 on one side, 27.5 on the other. :o

    Some Hang Cleans

    Axle
    Up to 110kg x 1 nice press
Failed 112.5 twice.... sometimes i just don't commit to getting under it.

The video of the sotts press is hilarious, you can actually see when random muscles go wtf is he at now and kick in:pac:

I tried a couple of those sotts presses the other night.

It was like bits of me just switched off.

Fuck off i'll do what i want.

    Bench
    bar 3 x 10
    60kg x 5
    80kg x 5
    100kg x 5
    110kg x 3
    120kg x 1
    125kg x 1
    100kg triples, a few sets

This whole lack of benching has really left me out of the grove so i just wanted to get some volume in at a handy weight

    Pendlays
    80kg x 5
    90kg x 5
    100kg x 5
    110kg 4 x 5 handy.... seriously handy

Bicep Tricep superset with about 10kg.
