    I don't think i did an update on the weekend.

    I ended up squatting 220kg, benching 140 and pulling 242.5 for a 600+ total.... by the skin of my teeth!

    I left quite a bit behind on the bench, not just on the day but in the few months training before it.

    I took a crack off 250 on the DL, and i know it's there, just not after a 220 squat!

    I'm not really sure where to go from here, and am open to suggestions.

    I suppose i should go after 2fiddy. And take whatever deadlift comes with that.

    Whatever i do, i'm going to do it properly anyway.

    I didn't get the book, just looking at chatter.

    If I was strong I'd do Pulcinellas Push Pull Squat Routine.....:p

    you got to nationals in july...the to irelands most poweful man...then fully into strongman where you belong next year...

    and do the odd oly comp along the way for the lol's

    head wasn't really in it.
