Drifter had a great idea the other day which i'm definately gonna try at some stage.

I was going to set up a train L thread but he suggested numbering a rake of exercises like.

    1-5 Compounds

    5-15 Bench/MP assistance

    15-25 DL/Squat Assistance

    25-40 random ****

and using a random number generator to decide what to do.

    lol, best worst idea ever.

    Tonight
    Shoulder rehab:pac:

    Axle Clean and Press
    55kg 2 x 3
    65kg x 3
    75kg x 3
    80kg x 2
    Mixed Grip
    80kg x 2
    85kg x 1
    90kg x 1
    95kg x 1
    100kg x 1
    Continental
    100kg x 1
    105kg x 1
    105kg x 1
    110kg x 1
    115kg x 0
    115kg x 0
    115kg x btn press
    117kg x 0
    117kg x 0

Unreal bicep pain, and shoulder pain to a lesser extent

i went trying to roll it out, and it seems to be around the point where the rhomboids insert kinda. One of the lads went poking exactly where it was and said it would be causing the reffered pain in the bicep and shoulder.

There was a couple of fails with 17.5 and 120 aswell.

I'd be confident of cleaning 130 i just can't get it overhead because

    a) my technique is very hit and miss

    and

    b) my lock out stength has disappeared since i stopped doing heavy close grip stuff.

Does the axle have rotating collars? I did some presses on a bar with fixed collars before, and it really messed my shoulders up

    No it doesn't.

It's not that kinda shoulder pain.

Ate one less egg in the mornings.
Cut the sausage out of the omlette.

Lunch is a plain ham or ham and mustard sandwich with about 10 slices of ham.

Dinner is a little less than I usually eat.
Rice or spuds on training day.

Kept training and did....eh..... 3 conditioning sessions.
    Seriously cut back the beer.

Only Lost 5 kg in 4 weeks.

    Much stregth drop off?

i reckon the only reason i'm not like, proper get out of bed in a forklift fat is the lack of boozing.

Set a Bench PR last week.

Although I'm sure that I'd need some strength in the first place to have it drop off......

    No lift - dropped bar.

I've also started playing a new game... pick a random point towards the end of the vid and try to guess where it starts.

    Nice rack.

    Deadlift wasn't bad either.

I may be compensating ever so slightly for the pain in my right shoulder....:pac:

Looks much less obvious in the pic, which shows how bad it must be

Probably of no relevance, and certainly of no help.....but I was doing band stretching the other day and after doing about four min on one shoulder I looked in the mirror and one shoulder looked a good bit lower. It was freaky lookin. Then I did the other and they were the same.

    True story.

Why would people hate you, is that thread in the main forum getting to you?
The one about people loosing motivation because other people are stronger than them?

    lol, i can't describe it.

People just seem to really not like us to the point where i almost feel self concious lifting there. I need to go somewhere with strong people so i can hate them.

Try being a bouncer in a popular college nightspot and then going training in the college gym and you'll know all about hatred!
