    Heaps of people have asked me about that with regards to you...believe me..from doing your skinfolds and watching you training this week...I can tell you are definitely natural...I'd say the only steroid you are on are likely to be estrogen from that cheap Tesco chicken.

    I get asked if he's on gear a suprising amount.

    When you've worked a lot internationally...and by internationally I mean in the US...you get good at 'spotting' gear use...mainly because working in sport there people are way more open about it than you'd think...especially when you are coaching them. So I've an eye for it now...it is much easier to tell if you were say in your 30's and had been a pretty much the same gangly enduro bunny your entire life then suddenly get jakt add 20lbs of lean muscle mass and shave your chest...Hanley doesn't really meet the criteria...I am sure if he works his ass of and stays dedicated he will be able to develop in to the subpar athlete that guys who struggle to deadlift their bodyweight will look at and prey are on gear as some sort of way to ease their mind about the pathetic wretches they are.

    When I think he's 'on' I will definitely blow the whistle...subtly of course ;)
