    Dunno, 100 wasn't exactly what you'd call solid, the others were fine.

    I dunno, i used to do them a good but when i started lifting first, i don't really know why.

    I used to full snatch aswell.

    Guess a tiny bit of whatever flexibility i had stayed with me.

    The last rep was more, get near the bottom of the squat: disentegrate: stop bar from breaking wall: end up in standing position.: Success

    Fell asleep for an hour and a half woke up at a quater to nine, got to the gym at twenty past and started lifting at ~9:30

    I had either 220 x 5 or 230 x 3 in my head for tonight.
    210 was sluggish and didn't feel particularily good so i knew 5 reps wasn't there at any weight really. 230 was faster than it felt, it looks kind of like my supinated arm wasn't full locked out initiating the pull which is asking for a tear but i may be imagining things.

    Moral of the story, if you think you're going to fail.... fail Big.
