    Have felt beat to **** for the past few days.
    My shoulders started to flare up which is always a bad sign.

    I reckon with no pulling at all for a week or so i'd get 260.

    I've a serious problem with getting my hips low, i just forget and end up stiff legging the majority of my deadlifts, the deficit forced me to get them low as did the suit, i just need to cop on and think a bit more.

    There's no way i was leaving with pulling 240 in some way shape or form, i was actually considering tying myself onto the bar with a set of ATp kneewraps at one stage :pac:

    Also just watched a 15min vid, i failed 210. got 210 failed 230 and immediately got 230 off a bumper then there's 2 minutes of cursing.
