    L you clown, the belt doesn't help with the 20 rep sets. You can't brace against it for that long and it in turn becomes a stomach shredding device.

    You lost at least 2 reps there.

    Oh and 14 is the rep where your testicles leave the room and you're on your own. If you don't feel like quitting after 14 then it's not heavy enough. I see that you quit immediately, good job.

    There's no need to call people or their posts names. Calling something "ghey" (or its equivalents) is not acceptable and will be considered abusive.
    We are aware that a lot of people know each other in real life and that can create an atmosphere of familiarity but keep the in-jokes to a minimum. When you call someone you know in RL a name it might look hilarious to you but may come across as abusive or hostile to other members and we will Moderate appropriately.

    i purposely trained yesterday so that i'd have a day off today, and then went off being an idiot anyway. And as Drifter pointed out it's complete waste going in working up to singles that aren't even near my max every week, and still failing.

    i would like to roundly abuse everyone (roundly because im fat), however i imagine i'm a missplaced fluffy cloud away from a site ban.

    I squatted 200kg (to depth, because i'm a realist don't you know)

    Then i squatted 210.

    I pulled 240. and missed 250 because i had sand in my ladyparts.

    am... i PRd on some other stuff that doesnt really matter.

    And my bench is crap.
