    My right ball retracted inside me during the 4th set, i was like " i can't rock up to A and E with one ball, while covered in white powder"..

    took me a good two minutes to get it down.

    Also the last set wasn't so much a set as

    Deadlift
    Try not to vomit
    Stumble around in a little circle
    Repeat

    i was fairly sickend, i've gotten 130 from behing the neck before.

    To answer your question, yes and no.

    My shoulder strength was fairly stagnant for about a year there, i'd put any gains i've seen down to a number of things

    A) Strict behing the neck press
    B) Heavy Close Grip triples and stuff (that's deffo helped my lock out)
    C) Getting stronger Lats

    (Prowler + 40kg x 70m) x 2 in the middle of the above.

    Prowler +55kg 70m, 10 Keg CLean + Press, "200m run"

    Prowler +70kg x 35m, 7 Keg C + P, Some keg snatches

    Seriously enjoyed that.

    There was a few onther random pushes aswell, i raced drifter with the 70 at one stage while he was carrying the keg... good times

    Don't like it, too much concentration on holding onto the bar as opposed to rowing.

    Also, i didn't have 5 on that last set of bench. I had 4 though which would have been a badly needed PR. :(
