For any more info contact either myself, DeathHand or Birdman via PM and we'll get back to you ASAP. LOST SOULS are currently Clare's only airsoft team, so if your from the Banner county, JOIN UP! See ye on the field :)

    FOR MOTHER RUSSIA, COMRADES!!!

We're looking to set up a Russian/Soviet themed team in the Dublin/South Dublin (maybe even North Wicklow) area.

This is mostly a team about having fun, looking slick and kicking ass while doing so. Bonus points for having an AK that is so covered with Red Dots that it looks like a Christmas tree! :D

Loadouts are preferably AKs of all types, RPKs, SVDs, Scorpions and so on. Although you are free to use whatever you find comfortable as we'd be going for a SPETSNAZ type team.

Camouflage would be current Russian Partizan: http://www.kamouflage.net/camouflage/00217.php If we get enough members we can probably get a discount on BDUs and Airsoft gear. For now, though, it's safe to say we'll be wearing whatever we want...

Anyone interested in joining or who has any ideas just shoot me a PM.

    Thanks. :)

EDIT: Are there any other Russian/Soviet teams around?

You can find Kosa at Drogheda airsoft a lot, we also have them playing at The Warehouse quite a bit but I think they have thier own site rite now.

I think the lads in Take Aim have thier contact details because Kosa are taking part in the cup.

Mostly because I have a bit of a fetish for Soviet/Russian military stuff (thank you, Command & Conquer... :D). I was just wondering if there were any other teams out there who were using Russian style kit.

It's also a slightly reactionary move, considering all the teams out there that seemingly model themselves on American units, so we thought it would be a change of pace to do it in a different style.

Plus, Kalashnikovs are the epitome of awesome. :D

Well I should definitely be able to bring atleast 20, if you bring the same amount sure we will have a blast. I told the team yesterday that we have a game arranged with yourselves and they are all really looking forward to it because you are a great team and very aggressive (we like that).

Get ready to loose my friend!

    Legion.
We are legion for we are many

Check out our site, there is ALOT of information!

    CURRENT MEMBERS: 8.

Legion is an Airsoft team set up in the Fingal region. We accept members that are under 16 years old and for the moment we have no intention of expansion to adult players.

We play in numerous Airsoft sites, primarily Fingal Airsoft (Aka, 'The Orchard'), Red Barn and Snipers Ally (Our own personal woodland site which we created ourselves. There are lots of pictures on the website).

We prefer is players have British/Dutch camouflage, jeans are not permitted.

I presume your "personal woodland site" is on your land? Or you have express permission form the land owner?
And the wearing of Irish DPM is illegal, unless you are a member of the Defence Forces on duty.

Ah, thanks for reminding me about Irish DPM.

And yes, we have complete permission to use the woodland area. :pac:
