I had to restart my prestige box to see an increase, I'm around 2 miles from the exchange so thats probably why it's lower than most, I'm a little dissapointed with teh down speed only going from an average of 1.7 to 1.9 but the upload has gone from 88 to 271 which I'm very happy with, having any torrents going (linux of course) used to sow down my surfing big time but it's much better now.

This is bull. Not only have I not been upgraded from my existing "1mb" to 2mb, my download speeds are still only something like 400k...similar to satellite.....upload barely slightly better then a 56k modem!

I am quite angry to say the least! I send them an email about it but I don't expect a reply anytime soon going on past experience. :(
