First time seeing one of these colour far better in person.

Also saw a Brabus which I'm fairly sure has been at Bray C+C before

They belong to two different people.

A young lad I know picked up this Scirocco R and asked me did I want to take it for a spin.
    450bhp he told me.
    Was fairly rapid alright.
I'd say the front tyres will only last week's :pac:

Nah they were 260ish stock so that's had a significant amount of work done to it. They're FWD as well, rather than AWD as on the newer "R"'s

450bhp & FWD - must be horrendous to drive

Depends how you drive it I suppose.
It was too hard on the road for my liking besides the power.

But yeah when you floor it it feels like the front wheels are hopping off the ground.
Even before I pressed the accelerator it was kinda giving growls out of it.
By far the most lively car I've driven.
I've a ZZR1400 which would leave it there though.

They're remarkably centered in the lane with inches either side, must have lane assist.

I'd say CVRT. Imagine trying to drive that into a NCT test centre.

Would the lift even be able to lift it.

Convoy of them went through Bray the other day, they are seriously big, pretty impressed how the learner drivers handled them.

It would fly through the NCT centre.

Would the lift even be able to lift it.

They couldn't lift ordinary cars without cracking, so I'd say that would be a 'No'.

Was about to take a pic of a 202 X5 and spotted this near it. Didn't get the pic of the X5.

Yeah, they're horrible and they look like a Chinese copy of a Land Rover. Build quality, resale value and reliability are terrible too.

    We're all in this psy-op together.🤨

I think it will grow on people. It's a bit like the Bangle E60 - all the pearl clutching at its launch but eventually we got used to it.

Some nice details around the doors and rear quarters but otherwise it's pretty neutral.

Was that a cars and coffee in Omni Shopping Centre? Was it an official meet?

Surely that makes it a real Land Rover?
