    Brand new Taycan

Awful shame those didn't come with an overheating ICE engine... The name is going to waste.

What is the Taycan competing with, the Model S or the Model 3? I’ve seen a surprise number of them about

Model S is probably closest competitor, but base Taycan is probably the guts of €50k dearer than a performance Model S

The last time I saw one of those Saabs on the road was when my parents had one in the mid 90's

Ugh, that’s the same colour as ‘the one be that got away’

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,601 ✭✭✭traco

Could that not have gotten an old ZV plate or whatever, that format looks way to long. would have been better as a black on white plate if using the current format.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,641 ✭✭✭zilog_jones

ZV's have five digits now too so aren't much better. Are they doing the fixed higher numbers for new imports of >30 year old cars now? No way there have been over 120000 84-D registrations. Seems silly.

They’ve been doing them for over 10 years.

It is time to free some space on the phone.

    Let's start local.

    March. Lucan. Finnstown Castle.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,433 ✭✭✭Marcinek_55

That Huracan is local for me. He was out of garage on wednesday. Heard it start on the back of garage when i dropped my car to fix sensors...
didn't know that there was a gtc4lusso on Irish plates! Nice....

I was in the car heading next place when saw him driving so i follow him for a while hoping he'll park somewhere nice so i could take some photos but he turned into private gate... next time.

Found by a friend earlier somewhere in Tipperary. Could have just been pushed off the road and abandoned there since no one else was about. No mention of any signs of a crash either.

I'd say it's a certain entrepreneur who has a long history of Ferrari ownership. He had a couple of 456s in the past and a California T more recently.

Will that be owner of that 488 Pista (no photos) driving in town today too ?

4.2 Quattro. Is it an Audi 100?

Also saw a bunch of sAmgs, a G63 and some Lambos today but they're a dime a dozen. :p

I'd doubt it. I don't think he's that into the track focused Ferraris.

    Was it on Irish plates?

I think he knows that, his nickname is 'smart' for reason :)

Ballyfermot, crap picture as I had to take it out the car while at lights. Lovely thing altogether.

5 minutes beforehand in Liffey Valley Tesco, don't see many V12s around.
