Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Variance can be a cruel or kind mistress. Of my last 7 soccer bets 6 have won and the other is Athletico at home to Chelsea

Positive variance good, negative variance not so much!

How much you profit in a year Col?

Horse traded odds on and finished unplaced. Ah well

Not actually up that much for the year. On a good run now but February was torturous. All evens itself out, although Prem markets are always all over the place this time of year. The relegation haunted teams are always too short. The good runs are great, the bad ones shake you

Hoping NFL draft day will see a huge swing in my fortunes however!

Sunderland are 4 points adrift at the bottom. 2 games in hand but their next 2 are away to both Man City & Chelsea

Rock bottom is still on hopefully, although I did hedge out of it.

Lost about 5l by being hampered and boxed in. Have to think he'd have won. E/w money is nice but still disapponting

Just had a score win no harm, didn't actually watch it just had BF in running, touched 1.8

Anyone any stats on how sendings off affect matched

Chelsea were around 2.1 in play, dipped to 1.5 after the sending off. Touched what looks around 1.35 and settled back about 1.45. Seems excessive but that's just a guess

It's best we don't talk about it

Didn't make the cut and haven't gone back in

I never back anyone at the beginning, always just have a punt on someone in the final round. Not a figure worth talking about, purely for entertainment.

Last chance saloon have rickie fowler at 60/1. There are at least 7/8 players with a chance.

US masters this week. I like to do a few each yr in the majors. I've spread myself thin for some very small ew stakes on this lot. All each way Cabrera, Jimenez, Moon Bae, Huh, liessman. Amongst the favs kuchar/day/stenson would be my picks but for the buttons I'm putting on I've gone for the longshot value.

All missed the cut bar 1 @ 200\1. What are the chances.....eh?

Spieth is doing very well, keeping his **** together so far.

Happy with my ew on Jimenez at 200/1. Makes up for plenty of dud golf bets last few yrs.

Had Jimenez myself only because of the price. Also did Spieth who I thought was going to run away with when he went -8 but can't complain too much.
    Bubba played fantastic

Are you and Aidan one and the same?!?! Or have a private hotline?? You two regularly put up exactly the same horses. Twice in the past week iirc.

Anybody watching the Shergar documentary on tv3? That Derby field strung out like it was a grand national :pac:

Massive odds on punt landed on Arsenal.

Pinnacle tweeted earlier that they'd been backed from 2.29 to 2.07 -1.5. Straight up win price collapsed too

Long run could be a clever bet in the punchestown gold cup. I wouldn't be surprised if he ran badly to reduce his mark for the national in the races that led up to it this season

Chemical Nicky might be bent, but handicapping a Gold Cup winner would possibly be a step too far, even for him!

Just the kind of horses we back, well handicapped dropping down the weights.

I don't know, if you think about it. The waley-cohens wanted a gold cup winner then a grand national winner..they knew he wouldn't have a chance in winning the gold cup again so perfect time to try the national even though he would never get around

That race will definitely break up. Can't see FL running to merits again.
Also the champion chase could break up.
Put a nice 98/1 double on long run and sizing Europe

I was considering it - but I think the distance will find him out..my appetite for cheltenham races tomorrow is not like it used to be. The first race looks like a colour changing rubix cube

Punt on City even at short prices. Pinnacle have been well short of Betfair price all day but Tweeted a while back that City had lengthened -2.5

Did Our Mick run a decent race recently? I remember thinking he was just gone at the game after being pulled up a load of times but can't remember if he ran again.

Yeah showed plenty behind Duke of Lucca when going off too hard in front at Ascot. Been given a big chance by the handicapper.

Have found a max bet for tomorrow. Dare I say it, one of the best handicapped horses in racing.

Got my hair cut in a place beside Bus Aras today. Barber says "ya wanna bottle?" Look to the right and fully stocked mini fridge. "Don't mind if I do!"

    Best barbers ever. :D

Thinking that Swansea are maximum bet material.

Playing well without winning and will be busting a gut to win at St. James's park for the second year running. Would be a fourth win in a row against Newcastle. A win would see them pretty much safe.

Newcastle have been poor at home this season and might be on a mental holiday as they have little to play for.

2.75 is just about an acceptable price.
