    I am awake what a sleep my god I will remember the soundness of that sleep for a long home to come. Definitely nice as a little treat would not be recommending that deep sleep on the regular

    Weekly shop done. Some nice steaks in the mix. Goin back to the tech desk for more home movie editing. Keeps me fairly fresh. Later it's steak and beer.

    Sitting in the sun getting roasted by a friend on WhatsApp but I do love a good light hearted slagging :D
    Watching the doggy’s and the world go by. Such a weird Wednesday. I remember the night before my dad died and I had to go into dunnes and everyone was going around like it was a normal evening, and I just couldn’t get my head around this - how the world kept turning when my world was literally about to fall apart. I’m walking around today, and everyone looks like how I felt that night. It makes more sense in my head I’m sure but it doesn’t feel like the world is turning at all

    Walk done,2 lots of washing on the line,troops fed,its was only toastie as we're getting takeaway later,if we can agree on where to order from, we're celebrating a birthday today (not mine) so dont judge but I've just had a glass of red in the back garden, may have had a smoke also,its a gorgeous day .

    Roadside with a tyre being changed.
    Was bringing messages to my aunt in the middle of nowhere when I hit a rock.
    Gave the tyre a whack in frustration and had to call for help.
    Can’t even look at cute boilersuit man.
    All I can think of is the 110 euro bill.

    Yep. Know the feeling. When my daughter died, for about a month I couldn't figure out how life didn't stop, for months and months I couldn't figure how people were so caught up in trivial **** that they couldn't see the bigger picture. Now I think...em.....**** it, I must have had a point but i forget now. Dammit Sorry. There are still days after years and years that she is still my baby, that i still miss her and I still don't get why she died.

    Sorry to hear of your loss Kathleen.

    I’ve just made myself a risotto. Threw in a bit of wine and there was only a drop left in the bottle so having a glass to go with it, would be a shame to waste it. Beautiful evening sunshine. Enjoy the evening Wherers!
