A few months ago I extended my running schedule to lunch times at work, now I've 6 or 7 work colleagues joining me twice a week, people that have now taken to running. The queue for the shower after is getting out of hand though :)

Sort of a rant. But more of a rave...was resting a minor hip injury last week - in awful form all week.

Got out last night and this morning and suddenly it's all rosey!! Nothing makes me feel as good as a few miles on the streets of Dublin.

Now that is good news! Was wondering where you were lately!

Rave: evenings getting gradually brighter! Will be lots more options for places to run soon!

Really enjoyable though slow slushy run home through the snow as all the cars sat in gridlock. On a roll today :)

My mother. She's so cool:D The subject of S&M arose and she says in a really matter of fact way, "yeah sure isn't it all very well and good until someone gets hurt":pac:

Exactly how does the subject of S&M get introduced to the conversation with one's own mother??:)

Rant: crashing your car on the way to a race. Thereby missing the race, obviously.

Rave: Walking away from a car crash uninjured. :)

The rave obviously trumps the rant, which is why it ended up in this thread.
