Anyone know where I can get a big Irish tri colour that isn't attached to a pole or a stick? I would go online but i need it asap.

Any of the 'Ireland' themed tourist tack shops along Shop St. will carry them in varying sizes.

I'm looking to pick up some lighter gas specifically this brand. I've tried all the usual places like duffys and other hardware stores. Does anyone know if this can be found in the city?

    Here's a picture:

I bought that brand in tesco a few years back. They could still stock it?

So I recently moved into a house near a school. People are actually parking in my driveway getting out of their cars and walking their kids to school. Think I need a No Parking sign. Anyone know where to get one?

Online or perhaps places like McDonoghs hardware shop in Ballyban.

The discount store opposite mothercare in Corbett Court had some today. I've also seen them in B&Q.

Hey I was wondering if anyone knows where I might find wooden planks for making some trough-sort-of-things for gardening on a concrete yard? Preferably nice wide ones so I don't have to join too many together vertically.

Might be worth trying scaffolding companies/hire firms for scaff boards no longer good enough for building

Try top floor of PortWest on high street in the city.
If you've a car head to Safety Direct on Tuam Rd. It's near Trappers Inn

    Hi guys/girls

Just wondering do any of the sport shops or maybe even the discount shops sell Donegal flags, not just the basic green/yellow one but the one with the crest on it. If not green and yellow one will do

    Cheers and thanks ðŸ‘

Any idea where I can get a wire rack for an oven grill - its one of those that just sits into the tray. Not sure if all these are the same size.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,261 ✭✭✭bonzodog2

I'd say your best bet is to try and get a complete tray and grille. Maybe one of the shops that sell complete cookers might be able to order one?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,277 ✭✭✭Cheshire Cat

Best to get the whole set as suggested by bonzodog2. Argos sell them http://www.argos.ie/static/Product/partNumber/8616946/Trail/searchtext%3EGRILL+PAN.htm

It's like something you could find in Mr Price, a great store.
One in Terryland and one beside Aldi Westside

Head to the Door Depot on the Tuam Road, I see from the Galway Independent paper today that they have a big sale on:
    http://www.doordepot.ie/

Then, head in the road to the Liosban Estate and The Carpet and Rug Centre:

Star King (the place by Supermacs and Tesco) was not open last week. Looked in the glass main door and there was lots of post, planks of wood and general mess lying about. It certainly did not look in any way open for business.

Maybe, they describe it as 'Sunday Special Buffet'.
