    It seems to be downloading now for me! It would be great if it worked. It's going to take minimum 9 hours to download with my crap internet speed though. Hope they havent figured a way to stop it by the morning! :D

    The KZ file I'm downloading is about 8 gig. Is that right for the single player game?

    I heard it was 38GB or so. Did you have the multiplayer files already downloaded or would that even matter?

    Just googled it there, you can start playing after the initial 8 gig is downloaded and then the rest comes after. With my internet connection that will be sometime in 2020.

    The killzone file I was downloading said 39gb but then it changed to just under 8gb when downloading

    Also it has most likely been written at this stage. Anything not there would be stuff that's not hugely integral to the main story arc or key dialogue. I wouldn't imagine a game like that goes into production without a very close to finished script - even if it's a touch lacking in finesse

    I believe so. I've had mine in standby at home, and downloaded to it from the mobile app, so I dont see why that'd be any different

    my download of the killzone thing above is only 8GB too. hopefully it doent lock up when they realised the mistake they made

    I hope they don't. When i go into the playstation store games section and go to the Killzone, it says i have the game purchased.

    I verified my licences in the playstation store part of settings and Killzone is still showing up as purchased. Really strange, but good! :D

    Just spent the last half hour playing the single player campaign of Killzone, so I can confirm that this does really work, for the moment anyway, still not sure of the game, but for a €1 to get to try it again I am not gonna complain.

    Worked for me too, played the first level there, and a copy of Killzone has never been within 500 metres of my console before :p

    It starts as bland and derivatively as I'd have imagined, but for one hundred cent it at least gives the graphics processor a bit of a work out ;) If it works tomorrow, it works tomorrow, but I threw it on top of some Zen Pinball levels Id been meaning to get anyway so no big loss if not!

    As ever, I have to wonder how the hell someone spotted such an obscure glitch! Who was buying the icon pack without owning the game?!

    Just bought the 99c KSF character pack, it was also baffled why the file sizw was 38.5GB??.....but if as yáll say the single player unlocks....woot!, free 99c game and i can flog my retail copy for 5 Euro into Gamestop....happy days!!

    I had €1.05 on my PSN account, i didnt even know about this unlock malarky....i was buying all the PS+ games, spotted the free Killzone multiplayer maps...purchased. Then the new 99c multiplayer character pack, saif feck it....bought!

    Then i go to downloading expecting 1.1mb or something and its 38.5GB :confused:

    Confused i come here to read and i get a nice brucey bonus! :D

    I feel like I'm missing out on something here that I don't quite understand. What do I have to do to get Killzone SF for One Euro? I downloaded the game for the free week.

    go to the store...buy the 99c multiplayer character pack, when you go to DL it it'll show as the full 38.5GB file. full game.

    Added support and content for the Japanese release of Killzone Shadow Fall
    Added support for the first pair of free downloadable maps
    Fixed several minor bugs and glitches

    no one knows yet...it might be linked to the free week or we could get lucky, i am sure if the game locks up we'll know about it.

    so hold onto your killzone disc for a few days and see what happens.....:)

    just an fyi....there is a freebie for nfs rivals on the ps4 store, vidzone got updated to 1.01
    killzone has a big 1gb plus free dlc multiplayer maps....anyone with a US psn account can dl the new HBO Go app for ps3

    Anyone wondering about the size and why it's giving different download sizes is due to the fact that with the PS4 you can choose if you want yo play single or multiplayer first. No matter what you choose the full download will be 38 or so gigs.

    I don't think the glitch is due to the open week as I've a US account as well and the glitch does not work. Works perfect on my Irish account however.
