    Downloaded ota on iPad 3. Took about half an hour. My connection is about a measly 5Mb.

    Folks... Can anyone answer a question for me.

    My iPad is on IOS 6.1 and I wanted to upgrade to 7.0, but iTunes is saying upgrade to 6.3.

    My question is, do I have to upgrade to 6.3 first ?

    Did you download over the air? Needs 50% + battery life to install. Maybe plug into mains/USB and try?

    I have IOS7 GM installed. Is there any advantage in installing the public release or are they the same thing?
