It's very logical.
If he is somewhere near to Watertown he would most likely travel by night. To flee Boston (or hold up somewhere more safe)

It's also a bit of a coincidence that the police lifted the ban just before it got dark. Catching someone who is hiding is a game of chess.

That's weird.
Because if he was on their radar surely they would of cross-checked those images on monday against guys they suspected.... then why release those images to the public?
