Hard to say, the size of a block can vary. I think about 200m long is the average, so you're talking about 16 square KM.

They found the car he stole there and they found several unexploded devices so it's safe to say he was there at some stage.

If the guy isn't in the area being searched then there's a risk he might attempt to complete the "mission".

I didn't really think of the reasons why they would have more bombs :S

The name "White hat" is sounding more and more dramatic, I kind of like it...and fell a bit guilty for liking it.
