I wouldn't mind but I'm forever using parcel motel. This is the first time I haven't got what I ordered within 12hours of it arriving in the depot.

What have PM being saying to you so far?

Just off the phone to them now (i reckon they hate me). They said that I should have got it this morning at the latest but for some reason it didn't and that it's on the delivery truck now and I should have it at 1pm.

The issue that I contacted them over was that when I put in the PM address in the paypal window, I put it in totally correct-double and triple checked. When I look at the delivery address on flubit though, Newtownabbey is missing. I'm 99.999% sure that this is not a problem but it is the 0.0001% chance that has me on edge now-like I say, with my luck I am now doubting everything :D

It appeared the exact same for me. I got my phone last week so it doesn't cause a problem.

Phew... at least it's on it's way.... almost there... keep the faith just a little bit longer! :D

Jaysus. You had me at the edge of my seat. Have you got it yet?

Mine's in Dublin now, it originated from the UK and went through Birmingham, according to the tracker.

    Here's the "shipper" address:
    COMPUTER 2000
    HARRIER PARKWAY MAGNA PARK
    LUTTERWORTH LEICSTERS
    HIRE
    GB
    LE17 4XT

Do all of you use the same URL for tracking? When Flubit sent me a tracking number, they put it into a URL for me:
    http://dol.techdata-europe.com/pod/track.aspx?CUSTID=GOOGLE&DNote=<tracking_number_here>

If not, what tracking URL is the one to use?

Ring them. It's been over 2 hours since their ETA expired.

Ha, yeah, I went back a number of pages and found your post just a minute ago saying that so I'm already on it.

Right now there's nothing coming up so I reckon it's a bit early yet, since it only shipped yesterday.

Thanks for that. I guessed that with the postcode it would be more than enough. A guy from fireworks got back to me and said that he updated my delivery address. It hasn't changed on flubit but I wasn't really expecting it to, plus as you say it doesn't matter anyway.

In celebration of the fact that I feel more confident about this order, I gave it the kiss of death by ordering a case and screen protectors from amazon :pac:

I rang again and they told me yet again that 'it's on it's way' and they'd ring me back with more info.

I'm still waiting for the girl this morning to ring me back so I don't have high hopes of getting a return phonecall.

PM have left a bad taste in my mouth.

Jesus that's not bad. Once it hits Irish soil it shouldn't be much longer than a day or two (at most), I suppose.

Haha, I did the same a few weeks ago. Got the protectors in last week from the US (1 week from Utah to here, really quick).

Ah sure, it's the Irish way. As long as it's not lost you should be grateful and try to relax, and before you know it, you'll be getting that notification.

    PM emailed me.

My package was sent to the query cage (which is where packages with missing pmid's go) but my package had the PMID so shouldn't have been sent there.

They are refunding me for the stay.

So they're saying it shouldn't have went there because the PMID is definitely on it?

Is the Query Cage in Belfast or where? Hopefully you'll have it soon...

Yeh they said the PMID was on it and it shouldn't have gone to the query cage.

Doesn't say where the query cage is but said that it would be in my motel tonight.

Perfect! You're sorted so. That sounds more like the truth over some fella just saying "AH SURE, IT'LL BE GRAND, LIKE!"

    ^That's some good service there.

So they ship a new device in advance of receiving the old one back? Do they put a hold on your account for the funds until they receive the old one, like an Advance RMA?

hmm yea I had an prob with the address too and they (Flubit) said it was updated.. but it nope someone lied... then they (flubit) gave me the wrong tracking number... in the end I had a long drive up to Belfast to retrieve myself as the people who received it were kind to ring the contact number (mine) and hold it for me...

Refunding you? after that mishap I'd push for a free home delivery!

After the transfer manifest arrived in Dublin for me on Friday, it got delivered to belfast yesterday before 2 and I had it last night in Dublin at 8.

Stench Blossoms, that is a disaster. Hope it turns out ok for you!!

wow in belfast this noon, hope can get it tonight:)

Looks like they've changed the shipping from Google in Dublin where I believe the orders were going out from until recently.

Mine went out from Computer2000 last night, but apart from it being last scanned in Dublin today, I 'm not sure how long it needs to get to Belfast + back.

I reckon, since we're both in the same situation, we'll have our phones by tomorrow night or Thursday at the latest, assuming things go normally and there's no unforeseen problems.

    Different for everyone.

Some people had theirs two days later. Other were waiting for a week+
