Yeh mine seems to be the same. Working fine with my second account. Downloaded the music manager and then just added my second account to my phone and purchased a song.

Grand job. Without TunnelBear, are you able to get to your library using the above URLs?

    Yep.

Ordered Nexus 4 for my gf from flubit on Thursday. Despatched earlier. emailed for tracking number, reply in 7mins. What a service in fairness. Amazing. My first order with them and a great experience so far.

My gf will be delighted her Galaxy S1 works properly about 35mins per hour while the rest of the time it jams and turns itself off lol

I switched my Google wallet account etc to UK with PM details etc when I was buying my Nexus 10 in November. Had Google play music setup some 10months earlier. I ain't messing around with my settings now if it means I get locked out.

My phone and tablet automatically navigate to the UK store when using the play app but my laptop defaults to the Irish store. Mad setup. Sooner the better Google opens their entire service to all countries (or just Ireland at least)

Yep last Thursday. Although admittedly it was 00.04 I think so only just about Thursday. 8gb. She didn't want to bigger one as she uses play music, drive, Google+ for photos etc

Feck sake. I must of had sex with the CEO's wife or something.

Maybe it's just 16GB models that are slow to ship?

Maybe but did you call them up about it? It's possible that your order was cancelled on their end, which will mean that they will either reorder it for you if so or refund you if you can't wait any longer. Happened to me and got £55 back in compensation for my troubles! Then today I got my shipping notification. All in all, a Nexus 4 8GB for ~€216, not bad.

I emailed them and got this:
Unfortunately due to the high demand the supplier has a back log in their orders. I have chased up the supplier again and expect this to be dispatched towards the end of the week

yeah I imagine that the 16gb one is probably the more popular overall, unfortunately for you. Google's stock management isn't the best at time as well

Could they not just send me out 2 8GB ones like?

    :P

It is starting to get annoying now though. I just want my phone now!!!

There's nothing worse than taking the plunge and splashing cash on fancy new gadgets, to be left waiting in anticipation for their (delayed) arrival... it sucks. I feel your pain

    Hi all,

Quick question about who you actually speak to when you go through the support tab in the order section in flubit. In the order confirmation it says that the retailer is fireworks merchant limited. In the confirmation e-mail RE the support request now being in the system it says that the supplier who I bought the product from will contact me as they have forwarded it to them.

I guess the question is, from my point of view, are the supplier and retailer one and the same? It's just I need some feedback RE the PM delivery address I entered, and I may have implied that I live in the Republic....

Very much a stupid question but at this stage paranoia is beginning to set in and I'm terrified that the supplier is google and that they have received the message and will shoot the order down as a result....? :(

EDIT: For anyone interested, I placed this order tonight, and they estimate delivery Mon-Wed of next week.

Ordered 2 16gbs on Tuesday last week and got them today.

As for the google music, do you have to have your data on all the time for that? And then does it stall much?

I have about 9,000 songs on my account. Obviously I don't access to them all all the time.

All songs are available to you but you do need to stream. Depending on coverage it's relatively good. But, when you're at home or elsewhere with a wifi connection you can select "on device" music. Basically, this allows you to select songs, albums, artists, genres or playlists to be available offline. Just tick the box as to which songs you want. I find it's easiest with playlists and those songs are downloaded in the background to your phone (they don't take up as much space as a normal mp3 file as they are downloaded in a different format), but there you go, your selected songs are available offline, no data required. Also, play music will also cache your last played songs so recent plays will automatically be off line

It's all a bit confusing, but don't worry, if you ordered through Flubit your messages stay with Flubit and Fireworks (both one in the same companies). They order from Google on your behalf and arrange for it to be sent by Google to the PM address. Google is the supplier but they would not have received any communication you've had with Flubit.

Just to put your mind at ease, Flubit don't mind that you live in Ireland. They say on their website for ROI customers to use Parcel Motel. :)

I'd hop on the phone to them tomorrow to get the real word on what's happening. There's only so much productiveness that can be achieved over email.

All of the rumours to date for the Nexus 5 aren't inspiring me yet. Hopefully the end product will be better. Focus seems to be on the camera... which I know will be a massive draw for some people, but I rarely take photos tbh. All of my Android devices have been Nexus so far, but I may need to look beyond that this time. I didn't get the Nexus 4 myself, as I am still in contract (and pretty happy) with my Galaxy Nexus (plus I bought the Nexus 10 :))

Will be interesting to see if the Motorola X is the Nexus 5

    Yep know what you mean...

I'm also seeing a lot of talk about google not doing anything bigger than a 4.5" inch screen!
ok to a lot of people that may be just fine but I'm already missing the 4.8" of the S3 and yes the Nexus is 4.7" but you're giving up part of the screen to the buttons on the nexus too so really it's 4.6"* useable maybe?? If the next nexus is indeed 4.5" then you're looking at maybe only 4.4"* usable area!
    (*estimated)

Really hope it's the same size if not a little bigger than the Nexus 4...

    EDIT: plus 16/32GB memory!

Thank you very much, that has definitely put my mind at rest! I was worried that I had blown it again...stupid I know, but given my luck in terms of trying to get this phone so far I wouldn't have bet against that happening!

The issue that I contacted them over was that when I put in the PM address in the paypal window, I put it in totally correct-double and triple checked. When I look at the delivery address on flubit though, Newtownabbey is missing. I'm 99.999% sure that this is not a problem but it is the 0.0001% chance that has me on edge now-like I say, with my luck I am now doubting everything :D

After the transfer manifest arrived in Dublin for me on Friday, it got delivered to belfast yesterday before 2 and I had it last night in Dublin at 8.

Stench Blossoms, that is a disaster. Hope it turns out ok for you!!

Yeh mine was delivered yesterday in Belfast before 2 and I expected it last night or this morning. Rang Parcel Motel this morning and they said they'd have to look into it.

I have the tracking reference link they sent me but it has not been activated. It said 24 hours in fairness to them so won't be live until late afternoon for me.

That's a nightmare. Fingers crossed. I have used Parcel Motel for about 30 deliveries now of varying value (including as much as €600) and they haven't failed me yet, I don't expect they'll fail you either. Here's hoping you have the N4 in your paws sometime today (or tomorrow at worst).

I wouldn't mind but I'm forever using parcel motel. This is the first time I haven't got what I ordered within 12hours of it arriving in the depot.
