    Sorry to see the site gone, having been around it for years;

    It is a sad day but also one to remember all the good that came from the site like the Tom Mulligan games and cycle which raised great funds for charity. Not to mention the sessions after...

    It was an unofficial MB. The reason it was so good was because you have lads from almost every club, playing at every grade in all codes posting on it so results, fixtures were always up to date.

    No bother. I guess you were one of the mods in the past. Thanks for the clarification

    As others have suggested, hopefully a forum will arise from the ashes and we can get back to discussing Dublin club GAA matters.

    It was my decision to close.

    hopefully in the future something is arranged. I have all the names of the messers if anyone wants to pre ban them (Isn't that right sack?)

    I will echo the sentiments posted here about ressers... I had a falling out with the site some time back, but I guess that's to be expected when you consider I was a member from it's inception. Truthfully though, I loved the feckin site and will miss it dreadfully. That's as honest as I can be... And if one thing good comes from this, then it's that I hope the potential replacement site will be treated with a bit more respect by the posters. What happened yesterday was nothing but a shame. I saw the post, and it wasn't pornography, however, it wasn't appropriate, and I fully respect the chief administrator for his opinion. It's a damned shame it's come to this!

    So, who's up for ressers2?
