    What's the slim pasta??

Same as the slim noodles I posted about a little while ago but they are made into pasta. No flavour and def not the same texture as pasta but it works if you have no points left and have a strong flavoured sauce. I was stuffed after too which is good.

I tried the pasta the other day. It was ok, kinda a bit watery though. A lot of it could have been in my head but I just felt weird eating it. Lol think I'll stick to the straight to wok noodles in future :-)

Down 1.5 lb at last nights WI, admittedly thought it might have been more after the disasterous 3 weeks I've had. (Got WI at a Tuesday morning class instead of the usual Monday evening class due to bank holiday and was down a whopper 4lb. Then went back to class as normal the following Monday and was up 3lb, even though I was quite good both of those weeks)
Was considerably good this week and thought it might have evened itself out with a bit of a more generous loss. Oh well i guess any loss is better than no loss! My TOTM being all over the place probably isn't helping either.
One of the members in our group reached her goal weight last night and hearing her story perked me up a bit. She said that she found the beginning and end of the weight loss journey the most difficult and I have to say, being 6lb (ish) of my goal I'm finding it a bit of a struggle. She said it was really hard to lose weight near the end that she'd be up 1, down 1 etc and that it took her a month to lose 3lbs in total when she would have lost that in one week earlier in her journey. I'm totally feeling this, is anyone else?
Also, I'm wondering if exercise is playing a part. I exercise roughly 4 to 6 times a week (2 nights football training, 2 or 3 running days) but don't usually use my activity points, and more recently haven't been using all my weeklies. Should I be eating more though, if I'm exercising that much?
I'm not going to lie, I'm on the minimum 26 points and am finding myself hungry quite a bit, which is probably due to the stress that I'm under in my personal life and exercise. Does anyone have any advice?

I saw that recipe and was wondering, for the icing it asked for half fat free cream cheese and half low fat cream cheese. What did you use for the fat free? Also the liquid egg substitute? I love carrot cake and they look delish but just wanna make sure I get the ingredients right!

Don't be gutted, slow and steady wins the race! In the whole of January I'd only lost like 3lbs and gave up for a while after it cause I was so upset! Gave it another go and things are going better this time. I'm beaming from ear to ear even if it's only half a pound down! Keep it up!:D

You'll be fine, try and get some activity points worked up and save your weeklies until you really need them!! I was so tempted to dip into them last night because I was so tired. Instead I tried to keep myself busy and before I knew it the craving had passed and it was time for bed! Trying to hang on to them for the weekend!!

I am a huge crisp fan and I have been

I know I find it really hard to figure out how much I've earned too! Fair play to you being off crisps, I couldn't do it!! Don't worry too much about it, we all deserve our days off! Just don't let it turn into a week off! :D

So very very nervous for tonight's weigh in!

I've managed to persuade my boyfriend to start up tonight!

I hope I don't have a +sign on the screen, it'll really just put a big hole in my own goal!!

My own weighing scales at home shows an STS, i'm eating very lightly today so hopefully i'll be down even half a pound, every little helps!

My Dad asked me to make an apple tart last night, talk about temptation!!
I'll treat myself to a slice tonight =)

Just wondering if anyone has any tips to help mix the week up a bit, still a little bit nervous to try a filling and healthy day as i'm not too keen on trusting my portion control skills!!

Wonder could you try have a pro point day but just following the F&H food? that way everything your having is from there list but you can measure your portions to be on safe side...

Had another loss of 0.5lb this week... so thats 4 weeks in a row i think.. but this was a miracle 0.5lb!!

Friday night- I had 3 corona, two cadbury caramel cake bars, half a pack of popcorn and half a bag of jellys

Saturdays lunch was 2 pieces of KFC chicken with Salad and Dinner half a 14in skinny 4star pizza... followed by four captain morgans and 2 corona

Sunday seen a huge roast dinner that was unpointable... :)

Think my savior was last weeks sun shine.. i did half an hour excersise everyday that i normally would not bother with.. going to London Friday-Monday so i am excersising every evening this week for some more damage limitation.. although we should walk loads over there and not drink to much as were off to thorpe park on saturday!

3pp is pretty good. Must be lower in alcohol though to be that low. Is dunnes the only place you can get it? Would be great for the summer for BBQ's and picnics - hate drinking vodka during the day but always think beer and wine are too high for a few casual drinks!

Have my WI tonight and my TOTM came today - so am expecting at the very best a STS. I'd be ok with that. I dont really want a gain but I think I would accept it this week since I have eaten every single weekly, done very little exercise and its my TOTM. And its been 13 weeks with no gains so I've done pretty well to avoid it so far!

Hi I started WW 3 weeks ago and have now lost 13 of the 56 lbs to get to goal. I used WW on the old plan and lost on it but am finding this plan so much more manageable, so far. Loving reading the earlier posts for tips advice and points of view. Glenx

    I think it's 3.7%, slight decrease in strength, but it's fantastic. :D

Of all the light beers out there, it's close to being the nicest

This thread is bloody brilliant, some great info floating about :)

Well I just went a bit creative on those two lol! I used all extra light Philly and I used One full egg, one egg white for the egg substitute. I wasn't in the mood to start trapsing around the shops. I bet that carton of egg whites you can get is what they were referring to. :)

I absolutely love Bulmers Light! You should try it! Very light tasting even & light on the hangover! Well everything in moderation lol! :D
