 only as I want to lose all the extra weight and I plan on keeping it that way also
  its not something I  would eat every day or even once a week it was for  a special occasion! I actually find now that if I do eat high fat foods  or a chocolate, I feel sick it puts me off, so I find I avoid highs  fat foods and if I do have a bit of chocolate it's a taste! its just not  worth it any more!
