Didn't go checking through the whole thread so I don't know if this was mentioned before, but I did see a nice one a few years ago.

One of those old bad-ass Lotus Opel things, (Omega I think) in racing green with B11 OYS on it.

    Obviously a Celtic fan..

    Never got a pic:mad:

Dealer pre-reserved it then realised he was never gonna sell a 520 this year I guess... mywheels confirms that its definitely on a 318 anyway!

Also saw a Ford Ka and a Porsche 911 beside each other, the Ford Ka's reg being 98-D-911!
According to cartell 98-d-911 is a 911 not a ka

Sure the LS430 wasn't even out in the 90's, only released in 01 i think. So i'd say he got it mixed up mith a LS400.

    Hi lads,

I've taken this last May in Strandhill, Co. Sligo. I know it's a common French plate, but the number - 999 AZZ 35 - makes me think it's like an end of a current serie of numbers. I've heard that the French did change their plate models last year, so am I with a very rare late french "last plate" in that region? Thanks ;)

Old thread, risky, but posting anyway as it seems like one of those open ended post-a-pic type threads...

Excellent - that's where I snapped it :D Parked the boat in the SC dock and took a stroll about (went on the pi55)

edit: In fact we ate since then in that restaurant and it was damn fine !

It'd be better if the restaurant was called Sboffs.

Perhaps. I saw a 4x4 with Californian plates at IKEA a few weeks ago, maybe it's related.

I saw a blue Audi A4 2.8 yesterday with the reg plate "A4 HAI"

NOTE: Motorcheck and HPI don't seem to find the reg plate :( If I'll see it again, I'll surely take a photo!

That can’t be a UK or Irish reg, must be from elsewhere, or be mis-spaced/mis-represented in some way.

Yeah, I tried all the different possible options, but no luck. It had the UK tax disc too, so...

If it’s definitely a UK car, it couldn’t contain the “AI” on the end, as that is the county index, and AI is an Irish one (Meath), so it must have been HAJ, HAL, HAT or something similar.

Spotted this little beauty in Dublin a few months back. The pic's been sitting on my phone since.

It was on a Bentley and whilst 1H may not seem like a wow plate, I first spotted it in my rear view mirror, where I was greeted with a H1. :)
