Hes a bloody idiot, why would he do that to his body for a film role!?!? Its not like he can act, and he certainly doesn't need the money. He used to have an awesome body, I bet he never gets back to what he was, can't seem him putting in the hard work in the gym now thats hes rich and could get any girl he wanted.

He's already been bulking up and on tour so guess we'll be able to see soon enough.

i cant remember where, but i heard he did it for a movie about cancer, as his friend died of cancer. ( i think)

and remember, hes a millionaire, he'll be back to where he was in about 3 months with a perfect diet and training regimen.

take a look at christian bale in the machinest, his next movie was batman, a lil over a year later.

To hell with all this rabbit food, tanning salons, spray on hair, running, painted toe nails, and fake tattoos.

Damn, this cheap protein gets as expensive as from a retail shop quick. Probably still go with it though, seems to be more liked than most of the other brands.

How long does it usually take people to get their orders from myprotein?

I put in an order last Monday, and they only dispatched it last night - seems awful slow...

They seem to be weird at times. Some days they dispatch immediately, other times it takes a while. I'd make a guess and say they only dispatch internationally once a week to cut down on shipping costs.

...does anyone else get irritated at the spelling mistakes in thread titles? Do people write them drunk? Is everyone really trying to "loose" fat? Build "strenght"? Are they all looking for "advise"?

It pops up in a good few languages.
Not all of them use roman text.
Safe to say there is a few spellings which are equally correct.

I think many would change them but do not know how, they do not realise you can click on "go advanced" when editing and change the thread title. Also many do not know they can delete their own posts/threads, though I think in some forums you are not allowed delete your own thread.
