    You guys have to find one of those all you can eat chinese buffets. I had a savage amount before and strangely had no DOMS the next day, after doing loads of negatives after which I am usually in bits. Have only gone once again and was not feeling the best but still demolished the place, I'd say a good 3,000kcal, probably 4,000-4500kcal the first time, will go for the golden 5,000 soon, thats if I'm not barred :pac:
