Just saw someone in ISS get their new 5D MkIII and walk out the door with a smile.

    I'm tempted.

I haven't a good word to say about ISS, but respect where it's due. The Mark 111 already. Way ahead of the possy.

He's dear alright but the amazing thing is, if you go to the UK or Newry and go to Jessops you will pay the equivalent of 2723 euros, and that is after factoring in the VAT drop. So my camera was 300 cheaper than Newry, whereas last December I saved nearly 500 going to Newry for the MkI (Kit) WTF?

    My nipples are hard.
Does anyone know if it has an option to compensate for changes in lighting by adjusting ISO per frame / sampling different intervals per frame?

    Edit:
It's ok I found the answer from the manual online. Unless AE lock is on, it uses centre-weighted metering except if face detection is enabled in which case it uses evaluative metering based on the detected face. Groovy.

If you are bored you can see another Vincent Laforet video with the 5D2 here. The bit with the old man crying looks stunning.
