The reason there is a long ban list in threads like the SF thread or the Russia/Ukraine thread is that there are some people posting there with an agenda. Sure, why else did other posters like McMurphy create multiple accounts and post under different names?

Francie, no one much has any sympathy for you. To be honest I'm surprised you were allowed back after your own Sockpuppet incident but the mods/admins have the final say.

Take responsibility for your own actions for once instead of blaming everyone else.

Perhaps you could explain it for those of us in the cheap seats. You claimed the poster can't actually respond when there was nothing stopping them responding and they did respond not long after.

I misunderstood , I thought the poster was banned from this thread also but quite happy they are not . I've not come across you before on a particular thread which I've not referenced but , suffice to say I and many others have a long history with a number of individuals & I'd crash the site if I were to post even a sample of that History.

The SF thread is still going strong, with robust debate, within the rules outlined by the mods. Much better than

the cluster **** it was when we had sockpuppet accounts and all types posting in there wasting our time.

I have not confirmed or denied anything. Unlike yourself, I'm not going to go on about my own interactions with the mods, but they sure as hell haven't been near as extensive as yours. I don't want to waste their time, as I know it's a thankless task. I tend to leave them be and not bother and badger them. That difference in attitude between us is telling, that you think they are there to serve your every need. You come across as very needy and paranoid tbh. It oozes from your posts and posting style in this thread.

For clarity, from memory, I've had one thread ban, but have had some warnings and the like. Usually, when that happens I take a step back, tell myself its just the internet and get on with my life outside of boards. The odd time I engage the mods but I don't drag them through the hot coals. I get on with it and not pout and moan about it

I navigate it because I don't post nonsense and double-down on it time and time again. I don't dance on pin-heads and divert the topic. I know how to step away, I know when to engage, and know how to talk to the mods. You seem to lack all those characteristics.
