Busy outdoor locations from Dec 1. Some people have a habit already.

If I'm in the city centre in and out of shops it's easier to leave a mask on.

Can either of those families then attend another family gathering of 3 families somewhere else or are you locked to your group of 3?

Should George Lee’s job be renamed for clearly being a NPHET spokesperson. He is not a ‘science correspondent‘.

  • Registered Users Posts: 32,136 ✭✭✭✭is_that_so

And George killing the positive vibe!

Lee: "The Covid numbers are still quite high". One-sixth of what they were in late October George.

An unashamed biased mouthpiece for NPHET.

Unlikely, it's not their remit. This looks like a big pot stir by government.

    Interesting

Public health doesn't take into account mental health of the population so

Crowded streets for masks now, that pretty much rules out 99% of our streets.

For Christmas shopping and busy places it sounds like.

I will be working in the Dublin city centre during Christmas. I will be wearing a mask for 8 hours working and another 2 hours commuting, not a chance I'm wearing one when I am out and about during lunch, or before/after work. It's not happening.

NPHET are an emergency team for the virus management and they tend not to stray very far outside that, even though they have mentioned other issues.

Go team! Eminem is getting better and starting to stand up like the real slim shady.

It kinda sounded like , Let’s all have a lovely Christmas and don’t act the bollox or you’ll pay for it in January.

Let’s hope we don’t see rises ahead of Christmas.
