Moved up the schedule and will drop now in Spring 2020 instead of 2021.

My guess it will launch when Disney+ hits Europe in March.

Any idea yet what on earth it's going to be about? The concept art is so weird, and I believe it's hinting at a acclaimed comic series where Vision tries to create a family & settle down.

Big Spoiler and it's only vague and may not be right:

So Wanda

I've heard is one of the most powerful beings in the Universe. We've seen hints at this but really she has yet to realise it out in the open in battle or otherwise.

Now it seems like she

was really in love with Vision and let's face it, she was locked up for most her life and the two people she got closest to, her brother, Quicksilver, and now romantic connection (lover?) Vision, have been killed.

So summary to this point:

She's like Universe-And-Reality-Changing powerful .. and now she's really upset and/or angry

So, from here:

The guess is that she's gonna start using her powers, maybe sub-consciously .. maybe not, to change the reality around her to fix things up for herself. It's likely she'll bring (some kind or replication or maybe the actual) Vision back and also.. I've heard the comics have two children. Maybe she'll bring back Quicksilver... unlikely though as nothing is showing up on Aaron Taylor-Johnsons imdb:

So what will it mean..

Oh I dunno.. shur we're in the land or paralell universes or multiverses or something as well as timetravel now... things could go all over the place for a bit.

Then I think the idea is that

some kind of resolution ... or maybe a bigger hole will be created in Doctor Strange 2: Multiverse Of Madness

One thing hinted at.. is maybe something from all this will

pull the X-Men into existence especially as we've seen hints that The New Mutants film coming out soon may be pulled into the MCU

WandaVision is the thing I'm looking forward to most in the MCU at the minute. It could be incredible and the snippets from that trailer are fantastic.

I count about half a dozen American sitcom references in that trailer from the 1950s to the 1990s some of them may not be well known over here as others but if each episode is a different take on a classic sitcom yeah I am interested.

Ok, so the trailer confirms I guess this is set after the evnts of Infinity War; I wonder is this going to be some kind of backdoor retcon to return Legion to the MCU & the land of the living. Looks different enough from the usual MCU fare that I'll definitely give it a whirl.

It will tie into Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and the Loki series on Disney+ and I would take a guess since we seeing them holding children in the trailer it may also bring in the X-Men and Kathryn Hahn's character links Fantastic Four.

I'm ashamed to admit it took me too long to realise that WandaVision combines the 2 names and isn't just a play on the word "television" like "WonkaVision" . It was the black and white TV show promos that threw me

Seems to be loosely based on Avengers Disassembled and House of M

Essentially, Wanda goes crazy, and completely warps reality to try create her ideal world. It ends with her screaming "No More Mutants" which resets reality, but removes the mutant gene from all but 198 mutants, and no more can be born.

This could likely be the opposite with her somehow causing mutants, allowing for the introduction of X-Men, and maybe even pulling popular Fox characters (Hugh Jackman's Wolverine, and Evan Peters' Quicksilver) into the MCU.

It certainly looks like it will be unlike anything ever seen before. I will give it a spin not sure if I will like it do. But every show deserves a chance. The trailers really do not give much away.

That was a lot of fun, and fantastic to see the marvel opening crawl on new content after what feels like forever.

The show is as long as it could be per episode without getting lost in itself (30 mins) but I do wonder about releasing one episode per week going forward.

There's some very nice nods to the comic lore for the fans, the story seems (for now) to be pretty much what I expected.
It might be one to wait until the series has aired (streamed?) and then binge the lot. A lot of reviewers online reckon it kicks up a gear in episode 3.

Really enjoyed this, the almost pitch perfect 50's sitcom

where even when her husband is choking, Mrs Hart keeps playing her role and repeating the same line because this type of thing should never happens in such shows, and how he gets up and they walk out smiling after a great evening offering Vision a promotion....since thats how these "boss comes to dinner" episodes always play out

After the final minute of Ep2 though

its looking more and more like we are in House of M territory, as Wanda had control to change the world so her idyllic life wouldn't be spoiled

Does make me wonder

will we see Quicksilver back again? Maybe more when they have had the kids in the 80's/90s's periods and "Cool Uncle Pietro comes to town for an episode!"

As for some more in universe nods

-the Stark toaster, could this be a reference to whats powering this "world" as we did see someone watching it, maybe its the augmented 3d world tech Stark used at the start of Civil War?

-the Struker watch, who ran the facility where Wanda/Pietro were given their powers, and the Hydra logo on it makes me think they have a hand in causing all this

-the helicopter and the "beekeeper", both have the SWORD logo on them, which was a division of SHIELD....I'm thinking it was a helicopter that tried to "breach" wherever this is and crashed, and the beekeeper could be someone in a hazmat suit but twisted to fit the visual reality everyone is trapped in

I watched the first episode and based on that, it's not one that will keep kids interested.

Weird start and wasn't expecting THAT much sitcom, does the second episode follow suit? I'm all for taking chances but at the end of the day we're here for one thing when it comes to the MCU.

The second episode is similar, yeah.

I'd gladly take a different sitcom decade every week but reality will have to set in eventually.

Surprised they actually used a live audience, nice to know they wanted jokes that actually land.

Same. I was disappointed. I get that there'll be a big reveal episode somewhere down the line, but there just wasn't enough in there to keep me interested in the meantime.

It could stand alone as a sitcom in the era its aping, the 50/60's. The situations and humour were spot on from what I can remember of Bewitched , and I Dream of Jeanie.

To be fair, as a parody it’s pretty good and the set up is excellent.

That's being very unkind to Faulty Towers.. their episodes were / are still funnier than whoever wrote this.

It's bizarre.. it's going for an 'I Love Lucy' vibe in terms of style, but I can't place where the humour fits. It's obviously mainly jabs at sexism and how everything in the 50's was very politically incorrect. But it's not interesting enough or imminently watchable to warrant anything close to the positive reviews it's getting. I can only think the positive reviews are due to a) Marvel and b) it's VERY different to anything they've done.

Just how memorable is "I Love Lucy" and that ilk nowadays anyway? Especially in America which would be the primary market. Think I said it already but I really do question how confused the average millennial would be watching this, if they weren't in some ways familiar with prehistoric TV from 70 years ago!
