Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I'd say the Google staff are giving a huge sigh of relief. Given that a fair share of them are probably immigrants I don't know how they kept the head and not thrown cold water over them.

    Imagine having to listen to that all day whilst trying to work?

    70% seems to be the figure google have quoted in the past. Which is line with the figure other tech Giants cite in places like silicon valley. Its not easy to get specialized labour, the sort that they need.
