    Probably training in a shed isn't the best thing for gains.

    But seriously I never really set proper goals or followed any programs which ended up with me doing random stuff.

    I think Alf is a a good example of someone who is training smart and making continuous progress.

    Never gonna OHP again once I get that bench

    Also 40kg dumbbells and current bench should make a nice sent in the cost

    Got 200 for the dumbbells, makes me feel less guilty for spending so much on the bench
